If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All returns must include the original packaging and tags.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@mostvaluable.com with your order number.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
